Talam deal with selangor state govertment doesnt need SC approval.The deal is vary simple,Talam owned money to the Selangor state govertment andvthey swap their land with the debt.If Talam decidevto issue Talam shares to setle the debt,then SC approval need.

2. penstrukturan hutang dibuat sewaktu kerajaan negeri selangor bawah pakatan haram
3. selepas penstrukturan berlaku talam telah bebas hutang manakala kerajaan negeri selangor BERHUTANG DENGAN BANK kerana
4. di dalam pensturkturan hutang tersebut, kerajaan negeri selangor pakatan haram telah bersetuju membeli tanah melebihi harga pasaran di mana keadaan tanah tersebut di tutupi air 2/3 nya.
5. ini bermaksud kerajaan negeri selangor pakatan haram harus menimbus kawasan 2/3 yang ditutupi air<--ini akan melibatkan kos operasi yang tinggi.
6. setelah membayar harga lebih tinggi dari harga pasaran kerajaan selangor pakatan haram masih lagi kena keluarkan duit?<--sepatutnya melupuskan hutang bukan MENAMBAHKAN HUTANG

Penilaian tanah pula dikatakan diluluskan oleh SC, sedang mengikut kenyataan trinity dalam web bursa saham, "dokumen disertakan sekali" sebagai mematuhi syarat SC setiap urusan syarikat awam perlulah di umumkan.<--jadi di mana bahagian SC telah menyokong dan meluluskan dokumen tersebut tidaklah dapat kita tahu kecuali SC mengambil tindakan dengan menyiasat.
bukankah ini telah menunjukkan dengan terang kerajaan selangor pakatan haram menggunakan kuasa di bawah bidang anak2 syarikat selangor untuk menyelesaikan masalah hutang TALAM dengan pensturkturan hutang dimana hutang tersebbut "dipindah milik" kepada kerajaan selangor
secara logik nya dalam banyak2 aset talam kenapa kerajaan selangor mengambil tanah yang ditutupi 2/3 air???
