The judiciary wins

Rais Yatim says: "It proves the government does not hold sway over judges' decision"

Anwar is acquitted.

However, if we are to pick a winner, its not Anwar or Saiful. Its the judiciary. For all the accusation that our judiciary is bias and inclines more towards the government, the system stood for itself.

And for all the melodrama and allegations that the government was behind the conspiracy to 'kill' Anwar politically, its proven that it has nothing to do with it.

What else?

Anwar's supporters - after the High Court passed its verdict this morning - were not only jubilant but were mocking Najib and his Cabinet for being a bunch of coward and scared to send back Anwar to jail.

"Najib penakut! Dia yang suruh mahkamah bebaskan Anwar!" is among what chanted outside the court after the judgement.

Now what? Had the court finds Anwar guilty, they will still hang on to their 'conspiracy' theory. But as Anwar walks a free man, they became more obsessed to badmouth the government.

Its the day of Malaysian judiciary, not Anwar's!

Anyway, tahniah to Anwar...

agree, man!

we should hail the judiciary which is not bias.

anwar and supporters should be grateful that malaysia is a purely democratic and a lawful nation.

salam,

i knew it.

anwar is now a free man and he will lead us to form a new government in the next general election.

HIDUP PAKATAN RAKYAT!

kalau aku jadi datuk najib, aku saman pulak anwar dan rakan2nya rm1 bilion kerana memfitnah beliau, rosmah dan kerajaannya.

biar padan muka!

DAP and PAS is in dilemma. Anwar still free. No way for Hadi or Kit Siang to be next PM. Their intention to nail Anwar in biggest coffin fails. Anwar is now pebble in the shoe for the opposition.

dulu diorang tuduh suruhanjaya pilihanraya berat sebelah, tapi diorang dapat gak 5 negeri.

lepas tu tuduh kerajaan dah beli hakim dan mahkamah agar sabitkan kesalahan anwar.

ni anwar dah bebas. kita tgk lepas ni dia salahkan siapa pulak!

Judiciary wins? In my opinion it is indeed doubtful.

Court can be manipulated in many ways. To put innocent to jail or to free a guilty person.

For anyone with conscious mind, they will see that it is 10-0 for the trial. Ask any lawyer, judges they will say the same.

But was the court manipulated to free this man out of fear or to free this man simply to show the public that our court is unbiased and not control by politician? You think of that.

the court is on anwar's side.

so, who 'bought' the court? is it najib or anwar?

anwar is free.

kit siang and hadi are frustrated.

dap fails to kill anwar and pkr.

pas fails to ousted anwar.

the judge is an asshole!

jadi, hentikanlah menuduh kerajaan menguasai bidang kehakiman.

yes, hail the judiciary.

but i dont trust the presiding judge!

kalau cukup bukti, dah sure kena dah.

kita tgk sampai bila dia nak lepas...

steady bro.

our judiciary is not for anybody to meddle and control. its entirely free and independent.

i think anwar should apologise to the judiciary for making wild allegation against it all this while!

Anonymous said...

dah agak dah, sure lepas punya.

Bro,
I think the rakyat are the winners more than anyone else in this case. They can see more clearly now what kind of person Anwar really is. All his talks about BN conspiracies are now clearly proven to be lies. The rakyat from now on will not be so easily fooled by him anymore. Thank you.
