Shahrizat likes 'pondan'?

Take a look at this picture. Physically, they are men. Are they pretty? What drove them to put on such outfits, God knows.... and we should too! I wonder how many of them are on this planet, and how many are around us.

They are human, of course but many believe they can be 'restructured'. Men are men still. I have seen them, few are my friends; some can change while others find it difficult to.

So, when Women, Family and Community Development Minister Shahrizat Jalil showed her displeasure over an action taken by Terengganu Education Dept to send 66 'feminine' schoolboys to a special camp (read here) in order to 'make them true boys', I believe she was being unrealistic.

I am not against this people. However, most of them were not born with such femininity. The people whom they mingled with, their surroundings and the way they were brought up are contributing to it.

I know a few real male journalists who turned into such a character when they changed desks - either from a crime reporter to entertainment or from a sports writer to entertainment. You want me to name them?

The state Dept had sent 66 secondary schoolboys, who had exhibited effeminate characteristics, to the four-day camp in Besut to help address the "problem". Its director Razali Daud maintained that the department had acted "correctly".

He stressed that the boot camp has been designed to "prevent the boys from developing feminine traits which could hamper their future... and if such tendencies were not curbed at a young age, it would lead to bigger problems for them in the future."

Yeah, why not? What would they be when they are matured enough or after they left schools? Please bear in mind that they are MALAYS! We want to see them getting married, have family and kids.

Unless the ministry of some NGOs already have good places and jobs for them. Will some of them turn into a 'pondan' minister one day?

I dont want to write more. Each and everyone of us deserves the rights to opine but in this issue, I support such a move by the Dept. Anything to say, Muhyiddin?

How does Islam define a 'pondan' or 'khunsa'? I know, what about you, Madam Minister? Would you personally prefer to see more of them in the near future?

salam,

as a muslim, i support the effort by the education dept to correct the boys while they ares still very young. i think they were influenced by the social evolution + tv etc.

in islam, we dont recognise other than 'khunsa' who is born with two sexes, male and female. the urge for a man is wrong for another man, its haram and forbidden.

those who simply changed for other reasons are not accepted. if we are muslims, then abide by the teachings! there is no two ways about it.

kita tunggu apa kata menteri pelajaran pulak

Yup, sent them for rough training coz this gay trend may already be rampant.

The rich who are easily bored have the green to fund such culture.

So nip it in the bud for a sane islamic way of life.

the problem is they want to put all of them 'together' in one camp? who does not see that coming....the keyword here is 'together', in the secluded camp....

Shahrizat didnt do much for her women and family ministry. Some statements she make are quite unrealistic...i.e: encourage more school for unwed mothers really encourage more muslim teenage pregnancy. Didnt check her welfare agency in terms of their effective social workers job performance to help the needy. Some welfare officers are rude and arrogant and how the needy can get help from them. Typical behavior of some government officers who always not around when you see them at 10 in the morning....minum pagi lah. No clear policy to help the rural and urban single parents with financial aid. Not enough shelter home for broken family kids and women being abuse by their husbands or family. Turn me off when she shows sympathy to a young mother whose boyfriend killed her child. Why show different signal to public when handling issues of the above. I think Najib should replace her with more competent woman minister before women ministry go down the drain.

so, this is what we call society development. when we try to correct the boys, the minister in charge of them opposes it!

macam merotan anak jugak.

tapi zaman moden ni, generasi kita dah makin hanyut, khasnya melayu. kenapa? sebab mak bapak tak boleh rotan anak lagi, takut polis tangkap.

i think sharizat should include another clause in msia's children rights - that a man can marry another man. send them to england to attend a class with elton john!

ha ha ha... a nice picture to depict this members of the society.

they deserve the rights to everything, including marrying each other.

so, this is what we want?

mereka seronok jadi bahan ketawa penonton, rasa jadi glamor macam menteri jugak.

salam,

tak salah tindakan jabatan pendidikan tganu berusaha betulkan peribadi mereka.

anak2 ni semuanya lelaki.

jai, aku tahu siapa yang kau maksudkan wartawan lelaki yang jadi macam maknyah ni.

memang benar, diorang ni bukannya macam dari asal. bila dah tukar beat je, tiba2 jadi macam tu.

aauuuwww!! menyampah tau!

grow up, shahrizat. they are not humiliating the boys. its better to make them a real man now than never!

Jai,
Hahahhahaa....i think Kak Ijat must consulted a brilliant adviser next time. So funny this minister...but maybe she still not enough popularity. Hmm....tak taulah kenapa ramai pemimpin negara mempunyai kualiti pemikiran dan strategi poltik yg begitu lemah sekali!

konvoi said...

takkanlah nak jadikan mereka penari saja!

si pitak said...

hellraiser said...

jai, this people make good dancers and background singers, u know that?

melayu deli said...

izinkan saya komen sikit komen HELLRAISER.

batu giling said...

saya sokong nurjannah.

islam hanya mengiktriaf khunsa dan bukannya pondan. pondan ni perangai yang dibuat-buat kerana pengaruh. khunsa pula semula jadi sejak lahir.

memang kerajaan suka tengok golongan ni terus jadi bahan tertawa masyarakat kot!

Anonymous said...

agree,

most of the are malays, bro.

what culture are we adopting?

Anonymous said...

badan je lembik tapi benda tu keras. so, apsal nak jadi maknyah plak? kalau nak glamour, buat benda yang boleh harumkan nama negara....

eye opener! thanks
