Biadab punya pegawai SSM!

I accompanied a friend to the SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) yesterday, trying to get discounts for the penalty imposed. The company failed to submit its annual reports and statement for four years.

The compound was a few thousand ringgit, and I think my friend deserves it for negligence. Furthermore, he didnt get any project over the past five years.

However, the manner in which a lady officer treated us was rude. She was arrogant too.

"Kalau takda duit, tutup sajalah company ni! Menyusahkan orang je!"

So, that's how you attend to a customer. Eventually, my friend got to pay only half of the compound after meeting another officer.

Nice, isnt it? I believe other people had experienced similar ordeal with that lady. I just hope SSM board take back her seat or transfer here elsewhere. She is a nuisance to SSM good image.

Hai pegawai SSM oi, belum lagi syarikat tu dia punya, dah sombong bukan main!

Mungkin SSM kena hantar pegawai-pegawai pergi kursus tatasusila!

sama la masa aku p perbaharui lesen pendaftaran tu.... dah lewat 19 hari..

dia siap cakap "kalau tak reti berniaga tutup ja la"... anak haram betoi...mak bapak dia tak ngajo nak hormat orang ka????

Pegawai Melayu ke, dia ni?. Biasa la bila melayan orang sesama bangsa. Kalau dengan Cina mesti baik punya. Silap2 dapat hadiah.

similar stories i gathered from some friends who were badly treated by ssm officers over the same matter.

i think ssm should do something at its counter service.

most people who go there are company's owners or directors seeking advise and related services. and they pay for it.

counter service must gain top priority from the government.

lodge a report about that lady to the top management, bro. they better deal with it or ssm will be seen as a dragon in collecting entrepreneurs' money!

buat apa nak tukar bahagian atau jabatan lain?

orang macam patut bagi showcause letter dan terajang keluar je dari SSM.

takkan nak simpan virus dalam pertubuhan tu!

hehe heh. kau ada memang padan muka kawan kau sebab tak bagi penyata syarikat empat tahun.

memang betul la tu tapi apa yang pegawai tu buat memang tak patut.

tak catat nama dia ke? repot je, abis cerita.

nak tukar bahagian lain, elok jugak, suruh dia buat kerja cucui mangkuk tandas.

why? aku dah beberapa kali ke ssm. tandas dia memang membahayakan kesihatan!!!

pegawai tu tengah datang bulan agaknya, sebab tu melenting bila mintak diskaun.

dia sendiri tak pernah dapat diskaun beli tuala wanita!

if we cant get our staffs at the counter to produce a pleasant service, revamp it.

the top management must look into this, not only at ssm but all govt-related agencies and corporations!

kita perlukan pegawai yang tegas untuk urus kes2 macam kawan awak tu.

bila dah salah, mula mintak diskaun. kalau tak pandai urus syarikat, buat apa nak meniaga?

pekerja khidmat kaunter tak sepatutnya bersikap kurang sopan terhadap pelanggan, biar apa pun masalah peribadi yang mungkin ada.

ssm ialah agensi kerajaan yang penting dalam menggalakkan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui penyertaan korporat.

mereka yang bertugas di kaunter harus faham bahawa syarikat beginilah yang membantu pembangunan negara melalui hasil cukai dan lain2 perolehan di ssm dan jabatan lain.

kawan yang penulis maksudkan ini pula dipercayai ada masalah kerana sudah lima tahun tidak ada projek. jadi, sudah tentulah dia tidak ada cukup wang untuk melunaskan denda. banyak syarikat menghadapi dilema seperti ini.

yang penting, perlu wujud kerjasama erat di antara pemilik syarikat dan ssm kerana mereka juga menyumbang kepada gaji dan elaun.

dalam apa hal pun, bertugaslah dengan adil, tekun, waras dan sabar

frankly, dealing with ssm is not easy. they are not pro enough, slow and unfriendly.

the govt must look into this. without companies' registration and other fees, the ssm will not exist at all!

Kudos for this expose of arrogance by SSM (in those days ROB/ROC) front-line officers which has been in existence since time immemorial.
I had long wished that these little Napoleans (usually Josephines when it comes to SSM) being brought to the fore for disgraceful conduct. Whatever happen to those 'FYI, this conversation is recorded for training purposes' rigmarole.

why don't u complain about her somewhere at the SSM? I really can't accept people with this kind of attitude. What were they thinking???

aku rasa mesti pegawai melayu yang buat biadab macam tu.

kalau pekerja bangsa lain, jarang yang aku jumpa berperangai buruk macam tu!

dah lama dah benda ni berlaku di ssm, cuma takda orang komplen.

yg ni la jadi nila dalm sebelanga susu. sila laporkan,bukan niat untuk mengena tapi untuk menyedarkan org2 yg mereka sebenarnya perlu berkerja dengan berhemah dah bersikap professional,mempunyai minda problem solver,bukan minda zaman batu.

tabik spring..buat EPF Counter Service espec. kat Kuching, Sarawak..baru2 ibi buat penamaan untuk waris,,, dari pengawal keselamatan,, reservation semuanya penuh sopan dan beretika.. dan very fast services.. keep it up
