I think Najib should read it.
Since Wikileaks revealed how Singaporean diplomats badmouthed Malaysia, there have been a polemic among the Singaporeans as to whether their government should apologise to Malaysia (here) or whether the few diplomats should, instead.
And since then, Mentor Minister Lee Kuan Yew has been 'missing in action', especially after Wikileaks exposed his disgust at Asean for making Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia as members.
