Najib has a lot more to do, says former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. As Najib inherited a bad government (from Pak Lah), the premier must try his best to win the people (read Bernama).Hmmm... after two years at the helm, Najib is still struggling to convince the people that his 1Malaysia is the best policy to move forward as it unites every sector of the community to work hand in hand in achieving what Dr M has laid - Vision 2020.
Of Najib is still not doing enough? Maybe Tun M has his own perception on Najib's achievement so far.
"(You) see, sometimes he (Najib) fails, sometimes he succeeds. Sometimes he has good ideas and sometimes his ideas are not so good. That is to be expected," Dr Mahathir said Monday.
However, I believe the rakyat is the best to judge Najib...

i disagrees. najib inherited a bad govt. from Mahathir via Pak Lah. Pak Lah won big in his first GE because the rakyat thought that he's going to get rid all of mahathir legacies. Pak lah failed doing it. So Pak lost in his second Ge because of the Mahathir legacies that still persist eventough Pak Lah tried very hard to kick it out ... Mahathir is just to strong.
dr m appointed paklah who then passed on the baton to najib. whoever takes up the job will try his best to make the country better.
tun mahathir has had his time, and so had his tengku, razak, hussein and paklah.
there was also so much critics when tun was our pm.
i dont what kind of a person fits tun's frame as the best prime minister.
najib is doing his best and all he can. its just been 2 years now and he got a long way to go.
give najib the chance to proof himself, and as you said, bujai - let the people judge him!
najib has not proven anything yet but his ideas too are good. it needs cooperation from all sectors of the community to implement it.
maybe what tun said is true but najib is still new. i think he can be better in the years to come.

najib baru 2 tahun pegang jawatan. beliau perlukan lebih banyak masa untuk mengenalpasti dasar2 yang sesuai. beliau perlukan kerjasama dan sokongan semua kakitangan awam dan rakyat dalam memberi input dan pandangan bagi memperbaiki segala yang ada. saya rasa beliau mampu menjadi perdana menteri yang baik walaupun sukar menandingi tun dr mahathir
dr mahathir bila cakap media suka lapor, dari dulu pun macam tu zaman hampir hari-hari dr m front page selama 22 tahun, sebab apa yang beliau cakap tu menusuk sampai ke tulang sum-sum! kalau masuk column kecik pun orang baca..
berilah peluang. datuk seri najib baru sahaja lagi memegang jawatan pm. saya yakin 1malaysia bakal membawa transformasi. tetapi dengan syarat rakyat jangan hanya tahu mengkritik, perlu mendalami konsep 1malaysia ini. saya bekas pelatih plkn, jadi saya faham konsep ini. sangat bagus dalam suasana kita yang berbilang kaum ini.

Pak Lah was very popular when he was steering the country. His Hadari thing,cemerlang terbiilang and whatever took a life of it's own. Along with it comes more attachments like I am PM of everybody and everything n so on..He loves sloganeering and he believes he can do no wrong. He borong posts of PM,finance min.and KDN.
During that time, the country went downhill.Schoolchildren knows what flip-flopping means...flip...flop...flip..flop..
He is so well loved by everybody...just like a father who becomes so well loved because the children ran wild.There were endless demonstrations..subjects once taboo were compromised.
To make himself bigger than life he and his sycophants
began belittling his predecessor , apologizing to the judges and many more crappy things to spite him .DSAI is indebted to him..
Because of his style BN lost big in the last GE.Component parties in the BN were trashed good and still licking their
wounds..thank you Sabah and Sarawak..DPM should be given to them,,,,and why not PM ?
Out goes Bendollah and in comes Najib. The sloganeering does not stop..it gets worse because very very few Malaysians know what it is all about. .but what most understand that whatever the Malays hold dear is now being compromised ...all in the name of ..we do not know what..
In comes Petkasa....and the Malays scrambled for it because UMM......NO leaders wear a different set of glasses.No the ones being worn by the ordinary Malays..

i have always been a Perikatan/BN supporter but once during every GE. But come next GE I would like to try something different. I would like to see if Pakatan can be a better government than BN.

kalau kita tidak berhadapan dengan apa yang berlaku di peringkat pelaksanaan 1malaysia, memang kita tidak rasa apa kesannya.. kita ingat ia hanya 1konsep yang tak ada apa-apa..
saya bukan kata nak pro sangat, tapi dapat melihat akan kesannya di peringkat sekolah dan ia bukan suatu yang dibuat-buat... kita yang dah tua ni lainlah, tapi murid-murid sekolah mungkin lebih faham dan lebih menjiwai akan hal ini!! hehehe..
Manusia yang suka mencuba-cuba adalah manusia yang tak mengenal sejarah.. Ini bukan proses seorang ahli saintis yang terkenal. Menjadi terkenal setelah beberapa tahun mencuba. Sampai bila nak mencuba?? Sekarang pilih A atau B, tepuk dada tanya selera setelah benar-benar berilmu dan penuh kepastian. Jangan nak mencuba-cuba nanti akhirnya rugi senegara.
