Turning Gaza into US-weapon testing ground...

Palestinians in Gaza Strip may get that USD900 million as promised by Barack Obama's administration. That amount of money can rebuild the region and boost some confidence in US 'good intention' towards ending the Middle East conflict.

However, on the other hand, the US still supplies large amount of sophisticated weapons and arsenals to Israel.

What was Obama's main intention to help the Palestinians? Help them consctruct and then let Israel test the US weapons on Gaza or any other parts of Palestine again.

They have proven this with their phosperous bombs which killed many innocent women and children during Israelis 22-day offensive on Gaza Strip recently. That weapon was the latest set of arsenals supplied by Washington to Tel Aviv as parts of its friendship agreement.

Obama's motive is in question here. Why must he help rebuild Gaza while at the same time multiplying Israel's war machines?

I am in support of Amnesty International when they called for the US to put an embargo on arms supply to Israel and to any party involves in the conflict. In fact, US should stop supplying arms to any nations in war.

That USD900 million is nothing compared to arms supply worth of USD30 billion to Tel Aviv over the past 10 years.

The main issue here is to find an amicabel solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict which has became a diplomatic tumor to the Islam-West and Arab-West relations. The war will escalate if Obama's administration fails to recognise the fact that its good relations with Tel Aviv will forever dampen any peace talks.

There must not be a one-side engagement here. US must stand in between the two parties and not by inclining more towards Israel.

Unless if Obama wants to turn Gaza and the rest of Palestine as a warfare zone to test US new weapons as had been the case of Afghanistan during the Russian occupation in 1980-86 and Lebanon during the 80s...

i beg to differ, bro.

i believe the US was sincere to help rebuild gaza.

amid world economic crisis, obama managed to approve such big amount for the palestinians.

your theory about palestine being the ground to test US new weapons, may be true but in this context, i think they will stop.

interesting blog u got here.

sdr bujai,

SIR,
I DONT THINK THE US IS SINCERE IN HELPING THE PALESTINIANS.

AS LONG AS THEY KEEP ON SUPPLYING WEAPONS TO ISRAEL, WE DOUBT ANY KIND OF ASSISTANCE FROM THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION.

bro, i agree with u that they are turning gaza into a testing ground for their weapons.

just take a look at how the israelis used phosperous during the offensive. it clearly showed how effective the new weapon was and i think it will be used again and again until the last palestinian dies.

the world should look into obama's motive behind his offer to help the palestinians. while his right hand offers USD900 million, his other hand gives more fund to finance the israeli military.
