How much, Saiful?

The Corus Hotel in Jalan Ampang is my favourite spot to meet up and chat with politicians, local and foreign journalists, diplomats and friends.

Upon hearing the latest news about Anwar Ibrahim, I dashed over there and as usual, these lots were waiting.

"How much do you think they paid Saiful to come up with such stories," they asked.

Who are THEY?

"We believe Anwar is not a sodomite. Who paid that boy? We know that Anwar has promised to take over the government sometimes in July.

"The motive is very clear... to eliminate him totally."

But again, if its true that it was a political set-up, who is or are behind Saiful?

Wakil rakyat kita makan gaji buta!!

Tidak sedar diri dan memalukan negara. Malaysia would be better wihout all of you.

Not sure if this is a political set up.
The allegations is just few days ago.

Anything with political agenda, usually will usually be heard thru' rumours, hearsay, etc.

The government so far had not (or not quick) to provide any supporting case. All we have right now is a piece of report by this 23 yo. thats all.

The government had a bad experience of this in 98, so with the current BN internal crisis, this will spell outrageous disaster. The government will not go that way in this present political climate.

Plus, the so call assassination threat is highly questionable. It will hurt the government or totally bring down BN entirely if such event takes place.

We heard about the arsenic allegations before...

The timing of this threat is conveniently raised with this police report.

UMNO has a lot to focus on right now than to orchestra such one feeble police report with a long list of actors and actresses.

The way anwar reacted, as far as I'm concern, is a give away.

He should be brave enough to take whatever risk.

Coz that braveness will count, in the public eyes (if the assassination threat is real), if he really want to lead the country.

He should insist to be tried in court, like the old man TDM.

ANWAR THE GREAT BOLLYWOOD ACTOR!

One interesting outcome from this latest 'bontot' event is the cleverness of Anwar in diverting the criminal case against him. Anwar is known for his dramatisation of events, if he wants something or trying to get out of the mud.

Remember the Baling case during his student days? Or the last trial - remember his arsenic poisoning? Remember his complaint about his back pain? Remember his dog collar always stuck on his neck when he went to courts? Remember he moved about on wheel chair? Now no back pain or neck pain. So fast got cured!

Now the truth has come out, he went to the Turkish Embassy uninvited said the Turkish Ambassador. He just deposited himself there to get international attention. He got many friends outside Malaysia, who will believe him and will raise their concerns. That's what Anwar wants.

By the way, who wants to kill him? if that is the case, he has been assassinated a long time ago! Even before the opposition could win many state governments in the last elections. Anwar is best described as the great Hindustani or Bollywood actor. Pity his wife Azizah, she has to defend Anwar because he is her husband although she knows Anwar inside out.
